Oasis Spa (Sukhumvit 31)

Oasis Spa Sukhumvit 31 is an amazing spa in Bangkok that offers an impeccable environment for relaxation. The moment you arrive, you're greeted with a courtesy drink, setting the tone for a truly tranquil experience. Booking as a single guest grants you a generous 20% discount, which adds to the appeal. I opted for a single room, which provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The only minor drawback was that the massage was a bit too strong for my liking. However, the overall experience, including the ambiance and discounts, made it a visit well worth it.

This beautiful spa is set in a quiet neighbourhood known as the “Little Japan” and it is indeed a oasis in the bustling city. We were welcomed warmly by the staff and served a glass of lungan juice upon sitting down. The staff went through the treatment details and got us to fill in a questionnaire about health conditions and areas we would like the massage to focus on. Not long after we were led to the massage room which is clean and nicely decorated. There was construction on the day but we were offered ear plugs which blocked out the noises. I picked the 2 hours package “Lanna Secrets” which the staff started off stretching out the muscles in the whole body before applying a hot herbal compress and the whole treatment ended with a aromatherapy oil massage which was a perfect end. This is my first time trying out massages in Thailand but this is definitely a heavenly experience. The staff are courteous and very professional, and I have only positive things to say about the treatment as I left the place relaxed and totally stress free. Highly recommended and will revisit for certain to try other longer treatments!

Excellent massage and excellent experience! Service 5/5: The staff was super professional and kind, I was taken care of the second I arrived to the building. Upon arrival I was provided a refreshing welcome drink and scented cooling towel for face/hands. After that, a nice lady came with a questionnaire to make sure they noted my requests, I requested an extra hard massage with focus on my back, and I was not disappointed. Treatment 5/5: I chose the "Lanna Secrets", a 2 hour treatment with a perfect mix of Thai massage, hot pot massage and oil massage. The massage was firm, professional and thorough. Absolutely amazing. I got my own room which also had a private shower if you want to use it before the treatment. Facility/ambiance 5/5: The facility had a beautiful little garden which really felt like an oasis in the middle of Bangkok. Super calm and relaxing atmosphere. And the extra details like welcome drink, refreshingly scented towel, slippers and warm cup of tea felt extra luxurious. 5/5 stars and I would definitely come back.

Oasis Spa's customer service is on Line! I verified my booking with them and secured my reservation. I had to postpone it twice but they were really nice about it. Their service during my visit was impeccable as well. I was served tea and also asked if I needed taxi ready immediately after my treatment. They were doing some minor renovations and they were so apologetic about it! But it wasn't that noisy tbh, I didn't need to use the ear plugs provided. I had 2 hours massage....it was....nah. I honestly feel it's a luck thing? It depends on which therapist you get? Mine wasn't hitting the right spots thus it was average. The staff looked so worried after seeing I ticked average 😢 but I wasn't angry about it, because their service kinda balanced the entire experience. Will suggest yall to definitely give this spa a chance!!
